At no time, will any director, member , relative of any director or person with a closely held business relationship be compensated by Don Ferrarese Charitable Foundation for any efforts on behalf of Don Ferrarese Charitable Foundation, directly or indirectly.
At no time will any director, member, related person or any person closely aligned with any director or member, be awarded any contract, business or other commerce of value for facilitating any work, effort or other on behalf of Don Ferrarese Charitable foundation.
At no time will any director, member or founding member receive anything of value, directly or indirectly, either from the Foundation or from any third party as a result of that member, director or founding members relationship with Don Ferrarese Charitable Foundation.
At no time, will any person make any financial obligations on behalf of the Don Ferrarese Charitable Foundation without the unanimous consent of the Board of Directors.
Ineligible persons for any scholarship awarded by Don Ferrarese Charitable Foundation shall include: Directors and or members.
Founding Members. Any relative, family member of business associate or family member of any business associate.
The Don Ferrarese Charitable Foundation awards academic scholarships based upon charitable contributions made by the recipient to their local community, and will never allow race, ethnicity, gender, religion, economic status, business or social ties and influences to influence the decision to award said scholarships.
